If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment you will need to be rescheduled. If you are booked for multiple services some services may not be preformed.

Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled with in 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of services. NO CALL NO SHOW will be charged for 100% of services. After 3 no call no shows you will no longer be able to book with me. If the card on file does not go through you will not be able to book until outstanding balance is paid.

Freshening up before your appointment is expected and appreciated. Bathrooms are available upon arrival as well as feminine wipes. You are welcome to come on your cycle for bikini services as long as you have a fresh tampon.

*Hair must be a quarter inch before waxing

At Lux Wax Studio, we welcome clients of various ages while maintaining appropriate safeguards for minors:

Waxing Services:

• Clients age 10 and above are eligible to receive general waxing services (legs, underarms, brows, lip, etc.)

Bikini & Brazilian Waxing:

• Clients under the age 18 MUST have parental consent for bikini or Brazilian waxing services

• For the first appointment, a parent or legal guardian must physically accompany the minor client and sign our consent form in person

• After the initial signed consent form is on file, the minor may attend future bikini/Brazilian appointments without parental accompaniment

Facial Services:

• Clients age 14 and above are eligible to receive facial treatments
